Ordered from supermacs.ie last night it arrived faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise.
The chips were still properly hot and the burger was warm too, not soggy or cold like I’ve had with other deliveries. The drink was packed separately enough as well, so nothing spilled or went weird.
Only downside was the sauce pots were a bit messy in the bag, which was annoying. If that starts happening regularly I’d probably think twice and order somewhere else, but overall I was happy and would give them another go.

We ended up stopping here after all that, and the staff were really friendly. It was busy, so the food took a few minutes, but nobody seemed stressed or rude about it. They were patient, kept a good attitude, and checked to make sure everything was okay. I’d definitely go back

The food was genuinely nice and I had no real complaints about the taste, but I did feel the prices were a bit on the high side for the portion sizes. Overall, it was a decent experience, just maybe not the best value for money.

The staff were just rude. No greeting, no effort, nothing. It felt like they didn’t care at all. Disappointing experience.

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The main issue was how messy the place felt. A lot of the tables still had crumbs and sauce on them, the bins were overflowing, and the floor was sticky in a few areas. The staff looked busy, so I get that it might’ve just been a hectic time, but it definitely put me off wanting to sit in. Compared to other similar places nearby, it just didn’t feel as clean or looked after. Not great, to be honest.

The portion size was way better than I expected. The chips were packed in properly, and the whole meal actually filled me up. Stuffed. It was a nice change from places where you finish eating and still feel hungry. No complaints at all.

I was in a bit of a rush earlier and didn’t really feel like waiting around, so I ordered through supermacs.ie while I was getting a few other things sorted. The site was straightforward enough to use, and by the time I got myself organised, the food was pretty much ready. it ended up being way quicker than I expected. No hassle, no messing, just an easy order and I left happy.

I ordered a burger and chips, but everything just tasted really plain and a bit stale. I was hoping the sauce might make it better, but it didn’t really do much. I expected a lot more, and I was left feeling let down, so I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I usually manage to find something I’m in the mood for on supermacs.ie, which is handy because the menu has a good mix of things. There’s burgers, chicken, wraps, pizza, chips and desserts, so it works well when everyone at home wants something different.

The ordering is fairly straightforward too. I suppose the menu can feel like a lot to look through at times, but I’d rather have too many options than not enough. Overall, there’s good variety and it doesn’t really get boring.

I was a bit worried I was getting fooled into waiting forever for something disappointing, because the queue was really long. After all that, the order ended up being fine—not amazing, but decent enough.

My complaint did get sorted in the end, but it took ages. Their replies were really slow, and when they finally got back to me, the help was minimal. What made it more annoying was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so I felt like I was trying to keep up with rules that kept shifting. Glad it’s resolved, but the whole process was frustrating.

The food did arrive warm, which saved the whole ordeal, but the app was dragging like it had given up halfway through the mission. Easy enough overall, just a bit slow...

I went through the drive-thru today it was frustrating. I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and then when I finally got my food, the order wasn’t even right. I know busy days happen, but after all that waiting, it was really disappointing and kind of left me feeling let down.

I’ve ordered from Supermac's a few times now, and to be fair, the food is usually grand once it actually arrives. No major complaints on that side of things, and it’s generally what you’d expect.

The delivery is where it gets annoying. They’ll give you a time like it’s a promise, but then it can show up 30 minutes late with barely any update. Sometimes it’s quick, other times you’re just left waiting and wondering. It’s not the worst service ever, but if they’re going to give a delivery time, they should stick to it or at least keep people properly informed.

I’ve stopped into a few different Supermac’s in different towns, it’s usually the same decent experience. The food comes out hot, the staff are sound, and the place is generally clean enough, even when it’s busy! It’s nice knowing what to expect wherever you pull in. No complaints from me... it always does the job.

The app works well, and the website is simple to use too. I had a small lag during checkout, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I ordered through the site, and somehow the whole thing turned into a tiny food disaster. Half the items were mixed up, I got the wrong drink, and the dip I paid for was just completely missing, even though it was right there on the receipt. The food itself was okay, but it’s so frustrating when your order shows up wrong again.
